Eagle Scout Project Honors Blanco First Responders

anco Troop 497 Eagle Scout candidate, raised $700 to put up a flag pole and American flag at Blanco Emergency Management and Volunteer Fire Department station. Hartman wanted his Eagle Scout project to honor Blanco’s first responders. He led 11 volunteers, including other scouts, youth volunteers and adults in raising the funds, preparing the site and raising the pole.
