Emergency Services Respond to Major Incidents Last Weekend
US 281 Scene of Fatal Two-Car Accident South of Blanco and High-Speed Chase Through Blanco and Comal Counties to San Antonio
On Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, a 2014 Nissan Murano was traveling northbound on US 281 near mile post 490 just south of RR 32. A 2013 Chevy Silverado was stopped in a driveway on the eastside on the roadway. For some unknown reason, the Nissan drove off the roadway and hit a culvert causing it to become airborne.
