City Council Considers Byars Building, New Court Software and HOT Contract with Chamber
The Oct. 10, 2017 meeting of the governing body of Blanco, began with public comments. Blanco Historic Preservation Commission Chair Retta Martin urged council to allow the BHPC to return to the Byars Building to hold meetings. “It should be the center for historic preservation in Blanco,” said Martin. One of the executive session items the city council was scheduled to discuss was the city’s plans for the historic building.
