In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, the first major hurricane to make landfall in the United States since 2005, there has been unprecedented and catastrophic flooding along the coast and southeastern portions of Texas. Rain continues to fall and flood waters continue to rise, leaving more and more Texans displaced from their homes.
