City Files Lawsuit Against Stallion Estates Corp.
To some, the lawsuit filed by the city of Blanco against Lee Roper and his corporation, Stallion Estates Inc., may be old news. During the June 14 city council meeting, board members voted to authorize the city’s law firm, Bojorquez Law Firm P.
