Foth Taken Into Custody
The Blanco County man wanted for an alleged sexual assault who had been on the run for two days was taken into custody late Thursday in San Antonio. The Blanco County Sheriff’s Office stated that Timothy Wade Foth, 37, surrendered without incident to deputies Capt. Ben Ablon and Sgt. Adam Acosta at about 9:30 p.m.
