UIL Academic Team Wins Region
The Blanco High School UIL Academic Team brought home their fourth Region IV-AAA championship in a row, winning by 100 points and qualifying 11 students for the state meet in nine events. The team scored 233 total points with Industrial-Vanderbilt in second at 133.
