Speech Team Takes Sweepstakes, Math, Computer Science Members Win Events
The speech and debate team won the sweepstakes award, and math and computer science team members won key events at the Bandera Christmas Classic Academic Meet on Saturday, December 5. Drew Ritter, a senior, led the speech team with first places in Lincoln-Douglas debate and persuasive speaking. In Lincoln-Douglas debate, Ritter had a perfect record on the day with victories over East Central, San Antonio Memorial, Lockhart, and Three Rivers debaters.
