Panthers Battle the Pirates, Clinch District Title
The Blanco Panthers' dominant play continued this past Thursday night as the Panthers defeated the visiting Poth Pirates in Blanco's final home game of the season to clinch the District 14AAA Division II Championship. While the Panther offense scored in every quarter, the defense continued its stellar play with their fifth shut-out of the season. Blanco took an early lead in the first quarter on a Chase Horton 7 yard run with 8:19 left in the quarter.
