Annual Lavender Fest Keeps Local Cash Registers Humming

Judy Spencer makes terracotta clay pots. She travels to a variety of different festivals, flea markets and events to sell her wares, but Blanco's Lavender Fest is her favorite. "It was a really good weekend," she said. "There were great crowds and we had very good sales. I always love coming to this festival.
