Stonewall, Texas – August 20, 2020 – Kuhlman Cellars is ecstatic to announce, “We’re back!” The Fredericksburg-area vineyard, which made national headlines this spring for virtual wine tastings, has been closed for months due to the state’s COVID-19 closures and is thrilled to reopen its doors today with expanded food offerings.

Starting the weekend of August 27, 2020, guests will now have five entrees to choose from, each expertly paired with Kuhlman Cellars wines. Kuhlman Cellars has been known for its signature food and wine tastings and intimate seasonal wine dinners for years, so the team is excited to offer an even more robust food selection.

“For us, food has always been a big part of what we do here: how we make wine and how we teach people to enjoy our wine,” says Kuhlman Cellars co-founder Jennifer Cobb. “We are thrilled to reopen and also offer an expanded food menu for you. Come see us!”

While the new menu will be forthcoming, Kuhlman Cellars is now open with normal hours. Reservations can be made at kuhlmancellars.com.

In addition, a new Kuhlman Cellars wine flight is available at The Club restaurant bistro located at Barons CreekSide in Fredericksburg, Texas starting this Saturday. The pre-selected wine flight includes standard 1-oz pours of Sauvignon Blanc, Estate White, Hensell Rosé, Malbec-Merlot, and Zinfandel as well as a keepsake Kuhlman Cellars GoVino wine glass. Barons CreekSide charcuterie boards and other menu items will be available to order alongside the flight. Bottles of Kuhlman Cellars will be available for purchase on-site. Reservations can be made at kuhlmancellars.com or when guests book a resort stay at baronscreekside.com.

About Kuhlman Cellars

Kuhlman Cellars believes wine promotes an appreciation of life’s journey. Lifelong wine lovers Chris and Jennifer Cobb founded an estate vineyard to produce terroir-driven wines of the highest quality. French winemaker and Texas wine pioneer Bénédicte Rhyne soon joined the team and they co-founded the winery to craft wine representative of Old World winemaking principles. Kuhlman Cellars opened to the public in 2014. Located in the heart of the Texas wine country, Kuhlman Cellars welcomes visitors at its tasting room on the famed Hwy 290 Wine Trail between Fredericksburg and Johnson City for signature food and wine pairings.
