The WGA's year long Rockfest Event Series kicked off with a huge turnout for our two new teams - the Slick Chicks and the Ram Rockettes! We had 71 players, 40 Slick Chicks and 31 Ram Rockettes, finish 18 holes in record time for the WGA!! After golf everyone headed over to Brad's Bar at Slick Rock to hear the results of the day and enjoy a cold beverage with the drink tickets that are provided on Rockfest Play Days. Thanks to all of our members for battling the cold and the rain out on Apple for our first Rockfest team challenge!! The Rockfest format is the average net score for each team and as we have seen all last year, the results are incredibly close!

The overall winners of the day were the Ram Rockettes, Congratulations!

The points totals for 2016 so far are as follows:

Rockettes - 82,850 and the Slick Chicks - 79,000
